Project Overview

Three luxury homes offering stunning contemporary designs, solid construction, beautifully landscaped gardens, highest quality specification, state of the art automation and security systems, sited to take full advantage of breathtaking views.

The Brief

The client sought a finished product which demonstrated great design, functionality, form, quality and workmanship.

The Build

Contemporary-style townhouses with spacious living areas, balconies, pools or water features, lifts, automated systems, sophisticated security and landscaped gardens.

Each house uses concrete block construction with exposed exterior steel cladding and pre-stressed concrete floors.

Because of location by the sea, the steel was pre-coated for protection and supplied as a finished product. Hidden gutters on the exterior of the townhouses create a clean, contemporary look. Motorised aluminium louvers above the upper level windows are a design feature of the townhouses and can be adjusted to provide protection from the sun.

The use of water adds an element of luxury to these townhouses. One of the homes has a swimming pool on its mid-level terrace, which opens off the main living area, and the other two both look onto feature ponds.

Outcomes

An end product which clearly reflects the care taken from initial design, through the construction process to final fit-out stage.

A very satisfied client whose expectations were exceeded.
