Project Overview
An architecturally designed renovation on the Mount Maunganui Golf Course.
The Brief
To utilise the current footprint of the home and modernise it from its former 1970’s life.
The Build
Internal access through garage, added two offices, two bedrooms, a games room and a theatre room, while forming a more open plan style home. Brickwork was retained in a bagged finish, all joinery replaced with double glazing in an APL architectural suite, and the exterior was upgraded to an architectural feel.
Use of shrink wrap allowed all exterior works to be undertaken rain, hail or shine.
Outcomes
No sign of the original building. Process was turnkey from full alteration works through to exterior patio, integration with existing swimming pool, new driveway, triple garage and fencing.
