Project Overview

A dazzling three-level Mount Maunganui home situated on a site with two entrances enabling drive-through entry while highlighting the panoramic views of Mount Maunganui and the beach.

The Build

Exterior finish is a combination of aluminium panels, plastered block and plastered Insuclad, with over-sized aluminium joinery units – resulting in a strong contemporary home.

The stone-walled entry looks on to a three level floating staircase, built from exposed steel, solid timber and glass.

The staircase leads up to expansive living and entertaining areas, finished with natural travertine floors and neutral walls complemented with negative detailing in doors, skirtings and windows.

The living areas and travertine flow out onto large open decks and a barbeque area, with a lap pool on the second level, providing a superb area for entertaining.

Outcomes

All areas and details of this home were brought together to produce a quality and finish consistent across the whole project.
