Building & Construction Merger
In October 2007 two long standing Tauranga construction companies - Moyle Construction and Eaton Developments – merged to create Form. The union of these two industry leaders gave Form over sixty years of combined quality construction experience in residential and commercial property development and set the platform for new standards in build quality, design and build services in the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Coromandel regions.

Moyle Construction was founded by Rex Moyle in 1985. His son, Shannon Moyle took hold of the reigns in 2002. Moyle Construction has always been based in the Bay of Plenty where a strong demand exists for custom designed and built, high end residential housing. Over the years, Moyle Construction has won more than forty awards from the New Zealand Master Builders ‘House of the Year’ competitions held annually. Founded by Wayne Eaton in 1973, Eaton Developments has over 25 years of experience building in the Bay of Plenty.
